Failed Motor Core Exchange Program
Huntingdon Electric Motor Service, Inc. (HEMS) has the largest inventory
of DC Mill Duty Motors and miscellaneous related component parts in
HEMS offers
discounts to our customers who purchase complete motors or major components.
When a failed motor is available as an "Exchange", Huntingdon
Electric will give a fixed price discount to the purchase of a re-manufactured
motor.
This
program is beneficial to the buyer as well as the seller. The buyer will not
only receive an identical replacement in a timely fashion, but will also
eliminate
costly down time. HEMS also benefits by having the recycled components
available for re-use to further maximize cost savings to our customers. This
method of doing business also helps to preserve our environment through the
recycling and re-use of materials.
Below are
the guidelines relative to this program:
# Core
exchanges are available to all customers and will not be held unless the sale
has been pre-paid.
# To take full advantage of this program, all core exchange motors must
be complete units. No credit will be given to partial cores. Full price
will be charged.
# Huntingdon Electric reserves the right to choose the method of transportation
which the core exchanges use to arrive at our facility as we assume all freight
charges for the return of exchange cores.
# Huntingdon Electric provides a two-year warranty with all remanufactured
motors and re-qualified parts as well as newly manufactured parts. All work
performed and materials used, meet or exceed OEM specifications.
